Splash screens are reduced about 1/3. When route selection is made normal screen size starts up . Suggestions.

First thought is: "If you can get started, Who cares..." But I see where it might be a problem.
Have you recently changed Video Cards or drivers? Maybe changed your desktop (Startup) screen size? Just suggestions.
