Microsoft downloads site as XML Parser,
current version is 3.0 SP1. Of course, it is not part of MSTS.I couldn't find that there is a DLL with such a name, check it
again. MSTS could make a use of XML parser and it requires IE 4
or better, see software requirements.R.
