He has kids and is married. He has nothing to do with Train Simulator and barely anything to do with Microsoft anymore. Everytime something goes wrong with the sim, you blame the figurehead. Did it ever occur to any of you that he is just a family man now? He has stepped down from being President or whatever of Microsoft Corp. and has almost nothing to do with the Company except to act as a figurehead, much like the queen to us Canadians. Stop bashing the guy for your trainsim related problems... geez... and YES I am ready for a flame war, just in case any of you have your flamthrowers out. I knew there'd be a fight in this thread sometime.
By the way a deadline is a set date for a game to be released, Microsoft has rushed games before that deadline therefore leaving out some features and leaving many bugs such as in Microsoft Midtown Madness 2.

But let thinks about this, how much better does it really make us feel about ourself, our life, our jobs etc. If we sit around thinking about a guy who have more money then we'll make in our entire lifetime. While he may donate money (which is no biggie for him he Burns $100 bills), I myself actually tries to help out the poor for example every year I ring the Bell at a local grocery store for The Salvation Army, I give up like half of my hard earn cash every Sunday at the collection plate, and I always try to help my fellow man. Another thing is, how much work is actually involve in saying "Ok I'll give you $4,000,000,000 for your company!"?? That basically what he did, thats his sucess story, start your own company, and buy out others, whoopie-do. Beside like half the celebrity that I know of gives out money for disease reaserch, Micheal J Fox gives money to the Parkison Disease coopriation. Also what is this struggle you are talking about?? Bill Gates was an average person in his childhood life, he had an average family he wasn't poor, he wasn't a rag to riches story! Hes worried about his little company and trying to prevent it from being broken up by the goverment but it didn't I dunno what happen there. Im just stating my opinon, so if you don't like it oh well. Norfolk and Western Fan!

I don't dis-agree with your opionion, I feel it is right to feel that way. I just feel people should not bash this guy just because he's got alot of money and fame. When something goes wrong with a MS product, people automatically blame him... not very fair to him. BTW, he did struggle through years of programming and code to get computers to where they are today. This all IMHO.

Nothing with Microsoft is Bill Gates problem, it's his lousy workers. They make mistakes on websites that shouldn't even be made, next thing they're going to need website beta testers! You wouldn't believe some of the stupid stuff website masters make, mostly on MSN websites that are so easy to see and that they probably know they are there! Slightly off topic..If you look at your Operation Lifesaver logo...
Most gates atleast in Canada the light at the end of the gate does not flash it stays on constantly. The two inner lights flash only..Bill made his first million when he was 24... I think harvard while a definite plus could not offer him much more atleast in a monitary way anyway.. It dosen't say much for people staying in school though. He does give alot to schools in the way of berserys and equipment so in a way he is trying to make things happen...Ronson

U.S. crossing gates aren't the same as Canadian, it's not my logo, it's the Operation Lifesaver Organization's logo and I'm not the one that edited the lights to make the crossing gate lights flash and the lights on the crossing pole flash at a more realistic timing. Got it from a train .gif website because I didn't feel like giving out all of my personal information to Operation Lifesaver over the internet just to get a website .gif.I think the U.S. needs crossing gates like Germany that block the whole road, two gates on each side so no one can weave in between them or one gate is made out of three bars so you can't go under them either if you're walking.
