Is it just me… or did MSN erase all it's groups?

I just tried to get in the Train Simulator Fan Site, but it came up as not found... so I typed in "Train Simulator", which usually brings up at least 20 MSN groups, reported "nothing found".... what is up with that?EDIT: The sites seem to be online, however the Groups Search Engine isn't working at all... wierd...------------------------------------------------------------I'll never let go of the railroad that inspired me to be involved with trains, the Union Pacific!John Ekhoff

There's a lot of problems with the current version of MSN Groups as you may have noticed and second you may have noticed (at least I did) that MS is currently completly redesigning most of their MSN websites and I think MSN Groups will be getting a re-facelift very soon (at least I hope so) so this may be a few reasons.P.S. I have a gruop with MSN, and they are doing updates and work today, Saturday, which might effect you trying to get into any sights. I can get into my site, becasue I am the manager, but I can not make any changes to it till the update is over.ChrisIt's not a game, it's a way of life.

By "hit" I meant the tracks that your about to encounter.What was the point of making it like that, so the crews could see the back of their trains?When you hook two trains together (mid-train helpers) do you actually lose power that you would have with two seperate trains?Is there such a thing as overpowering a train from too much loco power?Adam-------------------------------Operation Lifesaver Organization -- http://www.oli.org/

Mid train helpers help push the train. For example, lets say you are pulling 50 little red wagons all connected together. No problem till you reach a hill, and now of all the sudden, you are having to PULL these 50 heavy wagons up the hill. Wouldn't it be easier if you had 2 friends half way back pushing what is in front of them, and pulling what is behind them in order to take the strain off of you?The helpers, regardless of where they are, take the strain off of the lead engine.The loop was built in 1876, in order for the SP to gain elevation in a short distance. The loop allows a train to gain 77 feet, in about a half mile, in a area the size of a football field. The terrain in this area, is very rugged, and it was the only way the SP could build the mainline.Take a minute, and go to my site, and read the "history" page. It will bring you up to speed on how Donner, Tehachapi, and Cajon came to be, all in the late 1800's.ChrisIt's not a game, it's a way of life.

I think the changes are geared more towards those of us that manage a group, though, I too, don't see any major change. Often, the naked eye won't notice the changes.ChrisIt's not a game, it's a way of life.
