Jul-12-01, 08:49 PM (EST) "The AMTRAK SPECIAL Activity fix is here............" Just in case you downloaded the Amtrak Special Activity and found out things were missing, here's what you need. The guys instructions in the ReadMe leave MUCH to be desired.

First, of course download the Amtrak Special Activity. THEN you will ALSO need the MSTS LLPX GP-38 locomotive (pwllpx.zip) from Trainsim.com. It's the Providence & Worchester GP-38. Make sure the folder name for it is "LLPX" nothing else will do...........Then put that in Trainset.

Next:

You need MSTS Chessie System EMD SW-1200 (sw1200.zip). Also at Trainsim.com. Follow his directions, THEY'RE accurate. It also comes with an activity, but you don't need it. It's just a switching problem.

I did all that and IT RAN! It's just a straight forward run from Kasispell to Whitefish, with lots of things to look at along the right-of-way. Really pretty nice.
