Bcdef, don't lose hope. Sometimes things work out better than how other people say they will.
Let me give you an example from my family. My Grandmother got real ill about 3 years ago. She was diagnosed with congestive heart failure, and on top of that her arteries had 90% blockages in some places. Most of us thought that this was it, even the doctors said it wouldn't be long. Well, she never was one to give up ( something she taught us kids a long time ago ) and she started to recover, slowly, with medication and diet changes. She's 92 as of this year and still going strong.So you see, not everything in this world is cut and dried. I wish you and your Mom the best, and hope all goes well.

Loosing family member at young age is one of hardest thing I've expereinsed.

I nearly lost my mother due to something or another in her neck (a plate in her neck chipped and swelled up and was pinching on a nerve and spinal cord) and She made it. I hope your mom turns out to be OK and I think it's good you are going to be by her side. there are some moms who don't even get that from there kids. Stay strong and she will to if you lose hope she'll lose hope. and if nothing else gets her through it just the fact of having a son who loves her and has hop can be enough to make a difference.

i am not giving up hope but she is in bad shape she is caughing up blood and bleeding blood through her nose! i am strong around her but she wasnt the first to die in my family first my great grand me #1 in 1996 great grand ma #2 in 2000 my cousin Savannah ( a baby! ) verry hard on me! verry! she died bout 3 months ago! now my mom verry soon!

1. Nose bleeds do happen to people with high blood pressure. Coughing up blood is not listed as one of the symptoms of high blood pressure... Blurred vision, nose bleeds, headaches, drowsiness, confusion, vomiting, vision loss, all of these are symptoms. When a person starts coughing up blood, that means that there is damage to the respiratory tract or that blood is filling the respiratory tract, which could happen from nosebleeds, similiar to post nasal drip. 2. High blood pressure is generally treatable with medication, diet and excercise. More often than not, the symptoms are not all there and are mistaken by the patient for something else. Hypertension is often a silent killer.3. Doctors do not give out percentages over the phone on patient likihood of survival statistics. 4. Doctors rarely give out time frames on death, even to patients, and generally only when they want them to realize the seriousness of their condition and get them to take their treatment plan.
5. Someone with high blood pressure and given a 65% chance that they will die, will normally be admitted immeditately to the hospital. Someone given 2 weeks to see if they will make it or not, will also normally be admitted to the hospital. I say normally, because some patients refuse to go and some doctors take a wait and see stance.

hmmmm, i have high blood pressure, going on 16 years, just had second heart attack in march. on 3 different bp meds, max dosage each, plus statins. fail treadmill tests. altogether different symptoms than mine. no nose bleeds. no coughing up blood here. hmmmmmm....... methinks....... high blood pressure, huh? hmmmmmmmmmmm..... just high blood pressure?? nothing else?? wonders if........ naaaa, can't be, can it?

2 mild strokes
3 stents
and he's 49
they said he wouldnt live to see 45 well he's still going strong
he lives with high blood pressure everyday
oh he has low sugar too sometimes

welll you see she had high blood presusre for about 1 year but her nose and stff started bleeding when she went to work 6 days ago
you have to see all the blood comming out her nose goes throught 2 rolls of toilet paper a day!

What happened? Nothing! I admit I was jerk during first few months. I posted official apology, got 2 replies and no one ever gave me
second chance and all everybody say is "Have I heard anything constructive from him."
Yes you have and I've been contributing to MSTS too. I have about 9 files released most of them beign patches.
Microsoft included fix in thier patch - a same fix that I released back in august - 2 missing fiels from Tokyo-Hakone rotue.
I released first unbrakeable couplers too.
For some those files mgith not have been helpful, but they helped a lot of people.(over 1000 download for the fix, broken couplers and over 2000 downloads for high Speed Acela)
I've received fair ammount of emails thank youing too.
puffthemagicdragon, you have only 17 posts, out of wihhc at least one ios bashing me.
So shooot your mouth off. What have YOU done form MSTS or this forum?
So, if no one's gonan give me second chane, i don't give a da*n about it.
And CSX freak has been postign over 5 times at Trainz forum such as "MSTS" "MSTS ROCKS" "TRAINZ SUCKS".
He posts these kind of comemnts into post that someone has posted thier screenshot.
Sorry for my einglish i dont feel like going over speel check but its understandable leverl. (English is my 3rd language)
