Nels, I am in a bit of the jam with the new picture upload thingygummy, whenever I upload the file, it says that a text box will come up, but it says that self.opener is not a valid file, and I don't know where my pic is located, please help, maybe you can use the old system for those who have this problem, and leave the new one for those who don't. Thankyou for your time, MikeM7044T
Make sure your picture is a jpg file less than 100k in size. Make sure you check the jpg button. If your file is too large, you will get an error. Cal Rasmussen Beaverton, ORColumbia Gorge Route (Temporarily on hold, while working on several TSM projects)
click to choose your file, then browse for the file when the window comes up and then what type it is, you can check each folder or wherever you may have stored your image.IF you have one of the programs that get rid of popups on sites, you need to disable it. You will get error messages because of it or not see it at all.

I think the people who answered are better qualified to do so than I am since they probably use these features more than I do!Anyone who really needs me urgently should use email.
> and I don't know where my pic is located, please help,Well first thing Mike you MUST know where your picture is on your hard drive. Here is a hint as to what I do. I have a Temp1 folder made on the root Directory or Folder. Example:- C:\Temp1 This Temp1 Folder I put my picture(s) I need to upload as is very easy to find them quickly. Now click this address:- http://www.train-sim.com/dcforum/DCForumID1/1618.html#1 This will take you to my previous post on this subject and carefully read the directions. But first MAKE sure you KNOW where your picture file is on your Hard Drive. In my post, the bottom part about inserting pictures into your post, you do not need to bother with. Just leave your picture as an attachment, (in the attachment box) till you get the idea on how it works, then broaden your horizons.Hope this helps you out. If you need more information, just leave me a note here.
