Are there any Francophiles out there who could translate the 'read me' file for the 'paca' route, posted on 6-4-02. I had my son download it for me, (he has ADSL) as it's 80mg. Sounds a nice drive, through the French Riviera! Ta grandpa
Marseille-Vintimille LineInstall procedure for this route has been created for making it easy to install on your computer. First, you have to launch Xtracks.exe and install it on Train Simulator file. Then launch PACA.exe (don’t forget to change path if needed. PACA needs to be installed in main Train Simulator file). Now unzip in Train Simulator\GLOBAL\SHAPES the Voies.ace file. This way, you will have all track stuff needed. PACA do not contain any activities. You have to create them by yourself. Once installed, you can explore the route. I wish to thanks all people who helped me a lot on this creation, and those who made engines and scenery objects. For any questions, you can mail me at webmaster@modelfer.com. This route may not be modified and must be distributed freely. I wish you a good journey on sunny land. Well, finaly, no need your mail !phil SCL-CSX/A-Line
Hello:- First start Xtracks.exe and install it into the folder "Train Simulator"- Then, start PACA.exe and don't forget to change the path again, if necessary, to the main "Train Simulator" folder.- Unpack the file Voies.ace into "Train Simulator\GLOBAL\SHAPES" This version doesn't come with any activities, so you may have to download or create some.E-Mail of the creator: webmaster@modelfer.com Hope this helped!Greetings, Roni
