Well it looks like Amtrak will be around for a while longer, but 2000 employees will probably lose their jobs within the next few months with more job cuts to come. Also, the least profitable long distance trains will almost certainly be cut from service. That means, no trains over Raton Pass or through Horseshoe Curve.
