Mar-23-02, 01:36 PM (EST) "Keyboard files for cab controls" Can anyone tell me where the file for -- under options -- keyboard controls is? I want to be able to assign different key configurations to different diesels so I need to be able to swap the file (I suppose; as it seems that one file controls all diesels then another steam etc.)Also has anyone manufactured a set of cab controls instead of joystick or keyboard inputs?Thanks. "RE: Keyboard files for cab controls" In the Train Simulator>Global folder you will find 3 text files...c_deisel.txt, c_steam.txt and c_electric.txt that appear to contain the references to keyboard controls. HOWEVER there are also three files with the same names and the extension .iom that are in binary or code. I don't know what relationship these have to each other, or what effects it will have. You may want to try printing them out, then making changes inside the sim and comparing them. I don't know what this will do tothe sim, so any experimenting is at your own risk!!Good luck.
