Mar-27-02, 12:01 PM (EST) 4. "RE: Here is where you need to be!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Hey Chuck (and everyone else),
I pop in there pretty regularly myself and I have been an IRC junky for years, and that is about the slowest responding server I have ever chatted on, but if just hang tight for about 30-45 seconds, it will eventually connect.Personally, I like using an IRC program to chat in the MSTS room instead of the Java applet. I have always like Pirch98, but it is no longer being supported so I am using mIRC (http://www.mirc.com). It is uncrippled shareware and is the best supported IRC client out there so there are tons of tutorials on the web on how to set it up.I encourage everyone to drop by and say "hi!" when you can! Great way to meet fellow simmers and discuss stuff in real time!Highball!John D. Peterson
