Great Northern Railroad (a subsidiary of Atlantic Coastal Transportation) has officially announced the opening date of Monday October 7th.

In development for over a year, Great Northern is a freight carrier on the Marias Pass (specifically Marias Pass 3). Great Northern features activities and trains designed and built by the famous Bob Artim.

Will Cook, former CEO of North West Trains, is Director of Great Northern RR Operations. Tai Chan is Divisional Train Master of Kalispell and Julian King is Divisional Train Master of Shelby.

Great Northern promises the most realistic freight operations found on any virtual railroad. The web site will open and new engineer sign ups will start on the 7th.
