ChrisTrains Updates

Some updates have been happening over at ChrisTrains. Rather than email on a bit-by-bit basis, I thought I'd wait until there was a big enough change. New models for the NS (Nederlandse Spoorwegen) now include the Plan-U diesel passenger commuter in two colour schemes - the original red and the current yellow. New paint schemes are available for the Sprinter - repainted to the 2006 version as well as a repaint of the Sprinterliner service. More new paint schemes are available for the NS1200 loco and the Motorpost, as well as the 2003 repaint and interCITY rebranding of the Regiorunner. The ICR carriages now have the IC+ carriages available as part of the same download. The NS1800 has undergone some radical geometry corrections around the nose as well as having two new paint schemes made available - the NS1606 in Railion colours and the NS1637 travelling Heineken Bier billboard. Finally, the NS2200 has a couple of new paint schemes available for it - original brown, NS Cargo red, and a current colour scheme all covered in dirt and graffitti (not an uncommon site in the NS rail yards).

The Eurostar has a new home. It's now affiliated with Ken Austin's Northern European TGV line at www.europeanbahn.co.uk
