Announcing Italian Route For MSTS

Italian Route – image 1 I'm Alessandro Natoli chief of the staff of Trenomania.it actually in charge for Public Relations with international communities of MSTS. I'm glad to introduce you the first brand-new Italian route for MSTS. It's a fictional route, very short (25 Km/16 miles) loosely based on real railroad Bolzano - Brenner Pass in Northern Italy, Central Alps Sector (Italy/Austria).

You can taste now the "full Italian flavor" with the buildings, gantries, signals. It's available on our site www.trenomania.it section downloads was split in 6 zipped files, each of about 7 Mb; so it's easier to download even if you have a simple 56k modem. Due to heavy rush for downloading (over 500 downloads per 25Gb in less than 36 hours!) was added a second server in help.

When you have all the 6 files downloaded, you unzip them into a temporary folder (e.g. Myfolder); when ready, you will launch the scenarioITA.exe file, indicating to place the folder into the directory ...\Train Simulator\Routes. Once the extractor have finished, you will find into the directory Routes a new folder called scenarioITA. Open the folder and move into the directory Routes the folder named "verfresn" Now you're ready to play! Launch Train Simulator and enjoy! For a complete Italian way of travelling, I recommend to download our rolling stock too!

Yours sincerely
Alessandro Natoli
