II.E. "FREE MODE"

(2.E.1) Describe the "Free Mode"?

The "free mode" will be available which allows you to drive a train without any regard to the rules or the road (and some laws of physics). In "free mode" you will probably also be able to drive any loco on any railroad, even disregarding needs for electrification.

(2.E.2) In free mode, can you just select a locomotive, got to a yard, and build your train?
