RS_Tools_Pro - a .bin file editor for Rail Simulator. Opens and edits .bin, .xml, .TgPcDx and .GeoPcDx files. Lists all routes and assets along with their internal names. Checks routes for missing items. Users who make a small donation get a licence which enables options to change LODs of assets and to replace missing assets with items they already own. Version 4.1.31 now incorporates all the functionality of RS_Kickstart. By Mike Simpson.
