I am not sure if I understand what this editor does. I thought it was supposed to add in terrain tiles but I tried a few times and I only could select one terrain tile. Can someone clarify this for me?

I still haven't exactly figured it out yet either, and Kuju is telling us that the DEM data wasn't included in the game, so there may be more to come. We're working on figuring this out (I also don't have the final game yet, so am being hampered a bit in my efforts).

Granted I did this around midnight last night so I may have been asleep. I have many questions on this. First this seems very hard to add new routes. I was happy when I zoomed in on the US and found the existing railroad lines on there. So I created my area around central Illinois. Generated the tiles, and only got one like you said. Went to add track and oh my gosh. First the lines from the real world were not there. I was hoping to use them as a reference while laying track. Lots of the old IC track is gone but with what they have on the world I thought I could fill in the missing parts. Did I do something wrong?Second, adding objects. Without a magnifying glass I cant even see what the track sections are and with file names like A1rt100mts(made this up) I don't get a clue either. Off to the tech docs to see if they give a clue to the names and where the lines went.David

OK the object names for the track are simple really (once you click A1T = single track.
100 = 100 metres long.
strt = straightr5d = radial 5 degrees
tun = tunnel section etc etc
