I say let the children fight. I've got more important things to do like creating scenery objects and working on my route. Here is the final version of the Tidewater grain barge with catwalks, railings, ladders, and loading hatches in place. Starting barge #3, a shorter grain barge with a more "boxy" housing, tomorrow. I contacted Tidewater Barge Lines yesterday and requested some information on their barges and tugs. I requested diagrams with at least length and width measurements. If they don't come through, I am going to go with the photos I have and guess at the measurements. I can probably get within 10%.

I will be uploading the barges after I get the third one done. Also kind of dragging my feet to see if Tidewater comes though with any specs on their tugs.

RE: Barge #2--Final Version

That's pretty neat Cal, you given much thought to making it a static object and including a sound region? (those things are slow, and LOUD) the tugs anyway. Probably even loud enough to get a recording of from trackside when the tug is in the main channel. Just a thought.Jeff
