When developing a new scenery area in the Route Geometry Extractor, I'm a little confused by the fact track is shown, but it does not carry over in the resulting file...in addition, the terrain is totally generic...so why is this feature even included??
Wouldn't it be just as easy to have a blank canvas and start plugging away in the route editor ???
Of course it would be better if you could just define an area and use DEM info to insert terrain, roads, etc as in Terrascene for Fly....
At this point, just having the track that is shown in the extractor placed in the resulting files would be great...although when height info for the terrain is applied, the track ends up underground.
