Is there a way to get the camera to stay until the whole train has passed? I thought that I had read it was possible in one of my downloads of a route.

RE: trackside view

Yes, once you get positioned (better do this fast!), press CTRL-SHIFT-9. The camera view will stay stationery while the train goes by. When the train gets far enough off screen, it makes another run (again the camera is stationery), and on and on. You must press CTRL-SHIFT-9 to reset the camera back to standard #4 view where it pans the train as it goes by.Bill

RE: trackside view

Forgot to mention that the entire train may or may not leave the screen before the sim replays the drive by. It sort of depends on the length of the train. Shorter trains will generally totally pass from view. Longer trains may not.Bill
