What sound in Control Panel?

--You are reading my signature now, don't waste your time reading it!--
Eh, where did my signature go?
Oh, here it is, the one you are reading right now? Can't you see it? I know I know, it is probably too bright to see it.
Anyway, I told you not waste time reading my signature! You have just wasted 10 seconds!

RE: What?

Go to start, then Settings -> Control Panel (if you use Windows 98 and others) or directly to Control Panel in Windows XP, although I don't know how is your Windows "English" version, because i have my Windows in Spanish, sorry. Then, in control panel, there is a Voice icon (if not, it says that you don't have any voice simulator inside Windows drivers). If yes, there will be this sentence: "You have selected Microsoft Sam as the computer's default voice". With this, you can record his voice with your fauvorite sentences. In fact, I have made that type of sounds.
Cheers.

RE: What?

It's under Speach in Control Panel. I don't like it. It sounds too dis-embodied.

Thought it was Uncle Sam Nah, it's a far cry from the actual ones. Not a good idea.
