I have a lot of Espee pictures and I picked these four. All four are shot on my own route. The last one is my favorite.

Danny,The first picture is the most amazing screenshot I've seen in MSTS or Trainz yet!! Dawg gone if that isn't so close to photograph quality without it being one, I don't know what would be. And by picture quality I mean the textures are so good and blend with each other so well, I'm using the pic for my Windows's background replacing the most amazing fs2004 picture with super duper textures like a photograph I have ever seen.Rich Garber

I wonder if they are doing A tunnel Motor. with the way those look I am going to buy this route from them as I still enjoy the Kicking Horse Pass from them. Those Engines look good and If you have a Tunnel Motor with it I can already think of some old SP repaints to do that run on the KYLE line here In Colorado and KansasDon Pottorff

OK well here are a couple from the FBL as the sun sinks into the night. I dont know what a trademark is or what digitally enhanced is but i'll try.1. SP Frieght into the night - SP Frieght 165 (made up #) rolls out of St. Josef led by SP Tunnel Motor #9327.
2. Gliding through the Canyon - 165 makes its way clear onto the main and starts on the move through a canyon to Yonder.
3. Rollin' across the wide open - 9327 runs along nicely while running 50 through the high desert.
4. Nose catch - 9327 pulls to a stop just outside of Yonder and awaits a clear block.-MattATSF GP60M #104 works on the local in Flagstaff, AZ.

Here's a grab from FastFruit, the activity I've been working on (as time allows) for the Full Bucket Line 2. It features the Big Blow 2 as well as other (reasonably) historically correct units, such as the City of Los Angeles and several GP-9 units that were in service during the 1960's. It's not a very demanding activity, just keep it upright from one end of the line to the other. If anyone is interested in testing it, please let me know. Please note that this activity uses NO default equipment and requires a substantial amount of downloaded engines and rolling stock.I hope to have it finished sometime before MSTS 2 comes out.Michael Statler

Well, my first set of entries are the SP/SSW Merger ERA's From the late 70s to the UP Take over. My Screenshots contains lash ups of these mergers starting from Rock Island - SSW to UP - SP, Including the SPSF Attempted Merger and The SP/DRGW Speed Lettering ERA.Screenshots 1 and 2 are screenshots of lashup of the SSW Locomotives and the Former Rock Island locomotives that SSW got from the collapse of the Rock Island RR. They are pulling covered hopper cars with grain in them.Screenshots 3, 4, and 5 are screenshots of the SPSF lahsup pulling the SP Golden Piggyback Cars. The Golden Pigs was one of my favorite logos to look at when I was growing up and watching trains. The SPSF Merger ERA was also known as the Kodachrome ERA becasue of the paintscheme used in the period.Screenshots 6, 7, and 8 are screenshots of the DRGW and SP lashup pulling Mixed Freight. During this merger is when The Speed Lettered SP cars begun showing up, because DRGW had already been using that type of lettering for a much longer period of time. Also because they wanted to show that DRGW had taken over the Southern Pacific Railroad. Screenshots 9, 10, and 11 are screenshots of the UP and SP Lashup of a Coal Train. Because UP had taken over SP it is rare to find SP leading one of these trains, but every once in a while you'll one of them doing this. It sad to see the fall of another great railroad, but were in an ERA of Mega Mergers so things like this happen.

THE WINNERS

Just a reminder, you can put your place in your signature.....Well, the U.P. guys and myself had a good 2 hours of judging going on, and the votes were unanimous for 1st and 2nd. 3rd took a little show of hands vote....In first place: Richard, with the old '40's' shots of the GS-5 with the reefers. That seemed to capture the SP imaginations of me and the guys. In third place: Goldenpig, with the totally sweet shot of the SP AC4400 and the manifest. In third place: ATF 1224, with the 'trespasser shot' of the Dash 9 in the trespassee's backyard.Excellent job to all who contributed, and good luck with the contest where you actually win stuff..... "Certainly not water. Water rusts you."
